Lean management for administration
As a LEAN Admin Expert, you organize projects to improve business processes in your company.
In workshops, you guide colleagues in analyzing existing processes and improving them together.
To do that. you will acquire the relevant tools and methods in four modules during your training. At the end of each module, you will be given a practical task to complete. "Applying it yourself" is an essential component of successful learning. Our trainers will give you tips on this in an online session and answer your questions.
You will also work on some of the content through self-study. We are convinced that self-organized learning is an important skill for the future (future skill).
Following the LEAN Admin Expert training , you can continue with the LEAN Manager training course .
