The LEAN Leadertraining program enables you to do this step by step in four modules.

Module 1:
Sharpening my view of the environment

  • Standards as a management tool
  • Deviations from the standard as opportunities for improvement
  • Learning to see with value stream analysis
Day 1 & 2

Module 2:
Leading and being led

  • My responsibility for the value stream
  • Change provokes resistance—the four stages of resistance
  • Leadership styles and leadership behavior: how to lead as a LEAN leader
  • Vision of the future under the new leadership
Days 3 & 4

Module 3:
Communication: the secret to successful collaboration

  • Fundamentals of communication and communication pitfalls
  • Regular communication: timed, high-frequency, transparent, and binding
  • Visualization: Deviations in a nutshell
  • Get out of your hamster wheel: how to lead as a mentor
Days 5 & 6

Module 4:
Overcoming leadership challenges through inner strength

  • What makes you tick? What values guide you?
  • To lead, you need a vision
  • Major challenges can only be overcome as a team.
  • The LEAN Leader and his ego
Days 7 & 8

self-study

Between modules, you will apply what you have learned in your work environment, thereby gaining important practical experience. You can discuss this with our trainers in an online module. Some topics will be covered through self-study. We firmly believe that self-organized learning is an important skill for the future.

To ensure that you get the most out of our academy and that the seminars are effective, successful completion of our LEAN Basic course is a prerequisite. If you have already completed a LEAN Basic course with another provider or attended a similar course? No problem! Just show us your certification, and we will discuss together how you can seamlessly get started with us.
