Lean Management for Trainers
Highly qualified employees are an essential component of a successful LEAN transformation: only people can solve problems and implement improvements.
LEAN improvement projectsresult in new standards that need to be rolled out across the board. The basic training of our colleagues ensures that the improvements take effect and become effective.
As a LEAN trainer, you teach the basics of lean processes. In addition, you teach colleagues to apply defined (new) standards in practical training sessions. This usually takes place in the real working environment.
A structured method ensures sustainable learning: The TWI (Training Within Industry) program, which was already in use in the US in the middle of the last century, contains three core elements: Job Instructions, Job Methods, and Job Relations.
In two training modules, you will acquire the skills you need to successfully qualify.
After the first module, you will be given a practical task to complete. "Applying it yourself" is an essential component of successful learning. Our trainers will give you tips on this in an online session and answer your questions.
